I am constantly disappointed with the poor service at the BNS ATMs at fairview branch. I was just in the drive through line for over 40 minutes without any representative to confirm which machine I could use to complete my transaction, only to reach the machine for a security to walk over from the front of the building to tell me the machines not taking deposit.

I always seem to have to wait an extremely long time when I go to this bank. Banks are opened from Monday - Fridays and closes at 2:30pm. Those are the regular working days and hours for most people. Imagine if you beg an hour to go bank at work or even use your lunch time. You are taking 2 hrs or more to get through so where does that leave you? One you end having to leave because the 1 hour lunch break up or two you stay longer than your one hour lunch break and there ends up being an issue at work. Honestly, tired of the inefficiencies.
The worst Scotia branch. I did a surgery and I’m not supposed to stand for long periods, neither can I sit as it was a spinal procedure. I advised the rep and the manager that all I needed to was a card replacement but because I do not look posh everyone walked pass and gave off nasty attitudes as if I wasn’t supposed to ask for assistance.
I will not ever use Scotia’s services again. Classist and colorist much. Ms. Watson is the worst manager!
They gave me a ticket to join a regular line when I even have a letter from my doctor.
I know it's covid time so the waiting time is a bit longer. I went to make a deposit and deposited too much notes and it got stuck in the ATM, I got a receipt to take in branch the following day. I was assisted by Orlando, big up to you Sir, and I must add the waiting time wasn't too bad. The security guards on both days were friendly and very informative. Thank you gentlemen you all delivered excellent customer service 👏 👍.
