Rented an SUV from them. Courteous and professional people. Upfront about costs and overall just wonderful people to deal with. Will always rent vehicles from them when in Jamaica.

Just make sure you dont go for Budget Rent a Car. Their office in Jamaica is not operated by the legit US company. This Budget office will ask you for a $500 deposit that you will not see again, that is how the make money out of their initial contract. It is the window next to Avis, be very careful and avoid a bad time.
