I recently contacted this company because of a cockroach problem I had. From the moment I called, I was greeted with excellent customer service. The technician called me that same day and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He came on time and wss extremely courteous and professional. Added bonus: he was amazing with my little one! My baby loved him. He did his job efficiently and explained the process to me. He also left us with instructions on what to do afterwards. I will definitely be using this company all the time. It is a pleasure!
