Allied Real Estate Company Limited (ARC) was incorporated as a limited company under the Companies Act on the 4th day of June 2010, with our office currently located at,103 Newliegh Road Mandeville formerly located at Shop No. 14 Wesley Plaza, 1 Wesley Road, Mandeville Manchester.
Allied Real Estate Co. Ltd (ARC) operates from Mandeville, with our primary areas of operation being Manchester and the wider central Jamaica; whereas the lesser volume of our business are conducted in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, Kingston and St. Mary among other parishes. It is our firm belief that proximity doesn't dictate success.

We seek to enable the Diaspora to purchase properties from where ever they are; which is why we have aligned ourselves with professionals across the world, ranging from financial institutions that provides financing to local developers, lawyers, contractors, architects and co-brokering firms, with knowledgeable sales associates in the western hemisphere and the wider Diaspora.
The position on confidentiality, gives an agent the ability to make need based referrals; which Mr. Morgan the Managing Director and lead Sales Associate has been focusing on, so as to satisfy the unique nature and urgent sale-ability of properties, that we have now termed "Properties in Distress".
Our Property Valuation/Appraisal and Property Management Departments are arguably, ranked among the finest in the industry.
We carryout property appraisals island wide, and have contracted valuation surveyors to ensure that we deliver a fast, reliable and efficient service to our clients.
With our qualifying director and principal valuation surveyor, Mr. Royal heading the team of valuation surveyors, we have recently completed a re-valuation exercise for the National People Cooperative Bank Limited on 65% their properties island wide and we hope to extend this area of our services to affiliate financial institutions.
The Property Management component of our operations is however done on a low scale, but with ongoing discussion with some of our corporate clients we hope to undertake this on a wider scale, so as to present a wholesome business module to all our corporate clients.
