Hi all,
I'm Saraswathy a home baker from Thrissur.
I'm passionate to cooking because cooking is an art like music or painting. Just as there are so many notes or colors there are flavors too.Its how you combine them that sets you apart.
For ages veggies were deprived off the ecstasy that a cake could induce because of the main villain ingredient "EGG". Nevertheless my specialisation lies in making eggless cakes with the same softness and satisfaction suited for both veggies and non-veggies. With the grace of God I'm able to satisfactorily bring these delicious cakes under the name CIASTO .

I'm equally passionate of experimenting vegetarian Indian delicacies extending from peaks of Kashmir to the tip of Kanyakumari.

The notion behind this blog is to inspire and encourage those talented Nalas out there,who believe that cooking isn't something that should stay confined within the walls of your homes.it is a talent,it is a gift for the world to know and experience it.
