Nice place for morning walk.
Very nice hockey ground for practice with light facilities too.
Volleyball lovers can also find 2 separate courts for practice.

This place has a number of people coming in moriand evening for exercise. This is actually a hockey stadium. Alongwith hockey you see children participating in boxing, gymnastics, lawn tennis etc.
The place is safe for women. But, avoid staying late (after 7:30 pm).

Best part is the hockey turf . But the jogging track and seating area needs a complete transformation. Ground next go hockey turf is not even.

Nice place for Morning Walk and relaxation. My two suggestions:
Govt. should sponsor Good Sports person.

Teams come here to practice hockey as it has an enclosed artificial AstroTurf hockey field, apart from this it has a gym, lawn tennis court, open air gymnastics area, volleyball court, jogging track and a basketball court. Although Nehru stadium is not at all well maintained by the authorities otherwise it could help change the horrible situation of youngsters in old gurgaon, the community has moved away from doing any physical activities or playing sports other than cricket. The kids today in old gurgaon are highly involved in betting involving money which is an unhealthy practice. Hope we can change this.
