  This hotel is situated on gurudwara sunder singh road .Raghunath bazar and temple is at walking distance. Every year i visit jammu for Mata vaishno Devi darshan. during my stay in i take my lunch and dinner in swastik. Very good food is available in their restaurant. lift is there. some local cuisine is also available on request. .Rates are quite reasonable.

  One of the worst hotel in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Had loads of cockroaches in the room and the on the bed. The management here is least concerned about the same. Even the water camphor provided had loads of cockroaches and their eggs too. Uploading the pictures separately.
  No compensation provided.

  Rooms and Washrooms were tidy. Rooms very small though. Pure Vegetarian Kitchen. However, they could arrange for Non Veg food from other restaurant.

  Very Nice Hotel :) All was good, staff was pretty decent..
  Overall we enjoyed a lot during our stay.
