... previous place was called Yummy Noodle - Food was EXCELLENT. haven't tried this place yet - I'm told they've changed chef and menu. For some reason Google thought it would be smart to carry across my review of Yummy Noodle

I love this place because they make the dankest Singapore noodles in town. Not only that, but they have awesome meal deals in case you're enjoying an evening with the boys watching spooky movies. On top of it all, they have the most badass delivery guy of all time - all business, no faffing around. THANK YOU VERY MUCH YUMMY NOODLE BOX.

I have to say, the Singapore noodles is f**king delishy and I myself and a veteran of the dish. Better than camiles, dieps and kanoodles. Just make sure you switch the egg noodles for vermicelli noodles, this is VITAL for the meal.

So yummy noodle box used to be pretty good. Tasty food, lots of veg and great flavours. Just had a meal for two and the curry rice box was described as having 'breast chicken and vegetables', the reality was what looked like reconstituted bits of chicken with onions in a watery sauce. We phoned to let them know that it didn't match description. Were told that in addition to the onions there should be 2!!! mushrooms in the box. Not sure that onions and 2 mushrooms constitutes vegetables and it certainly didn't look very appetizing and the flavour confirmed this. We also had a green Thai curry, used to be a thick flavoursome sauce, not any more, don't have much of a kick even tho is got two chilies on the menu to indicate heat. They didn't really care, said 'maybe the next time you're in we can give a bag of chips'. We used to get complimentary prawn crackers with the meal for 2, not any more.
So the outcome is we won't be going back, if I need noodles again we'll try Lams instead, yummy is no longer yummy!report this review
