  The Worst Tour and Travel Agency in Bandung! Not recommended at all!

  We decided to take a tour with Jacktour and had paid 50% deposit. However nobody came to pick us up. Then when I called them, they said that they had forgotten to put our reservation into their system and offered to change the tour to the next day. How is that possible? We were leaving on the next day! We requested a refund, but they said no refund is possible, and just hung up! How professional!

  Was just dropped off here - its located WAY off the beaten path and turns out it was two guys in a garage! No sign, no tour listing, nothing. They dialed a number and someone who spoke English came on - I asked if this was their main office (maybe I was at the wrong place) and he told me I was. I asked for a list of tour offerings and he asked me for my name, etc. I told him I didn't think they had what I needed and left. Then I started the long walk back to the main road. Eventually hopped in one of the public mini vans, after haggling over the price. (Paid way too much, I think, but it was a third of his asking price) So tip#1: don't go there; Tip#2: Don't let taxi leave; Tip#3: if you have missed Tips 1 & 2, enjoy the country walk!

  Avoid Jacktour!
  
  I & my family (total 8 pax) decided to use jacktour and reconfirmed several times that they provide a 10 seater, however they provided us an Avanza only with no apparent reason. We demanded a refund but they ignore us until today. Really unprofessional!

  I kept reminding them to provide me an English speaking driver however they sent me a clueless driver who kept talking in Indonesian!
  He had no idea where to drive and kept asking directions to the locals for several time and still got lost!

  I don't understand why some people gave good reviews on jacktour. May be they're all fake? By the way, just wanna share my own experience with jacktour.
  
  Driver: so unprofessional. Keep coming late to pick us up at our hotel. He also kept communicating via his mobile with his friends.
  Food: we had diarrhea after having dinner served by jacktour
  
  and to top it off, he asked us to give more tipping at the end of the trip after we gave him 200k!
  
  Avoid this horrible jacktour!

  The food sucks! The van sucks! They should've sent us an experienced driver who knows the route. He brought us round and round and round because he had no idea where to go. Why didn't he call the office or use GPS instead? Really wasted our precious time.

  I joined jacktour last week & that was the worst decision I've ever made in my life. The driver took us to places of tourist trap not despite our complaint, just to earn plenty of commission. Those are not the places we intend to go, not even in our itinerary!!
  
  That was the first and last time we ever took jacktour.

  It's good to communicate via whatsapp,if you want to travel around bandung, it's better to call Jack Tour. The driver wears the uniform,so it's easy to recognize this travel agency.
