  Resided here for 3 months. It got my attention that such properties in prime location could provide substantial amount of car parking for it's resident. Located just walks away from Solo Grand Mall, several coffeeshops & traditional markets, and my favorite was the famous Jl. Slamet Riyadi's pedestrian trail. Staying here was the best deal on location, facilities, and price-wise, also commute-time saving and ease access to Surakarta prime business central. From inside, it got 30+sqm room, for total 20+ rooms on 1st & 2nd floor, plus boarding house on 3rd floor. It got complete built-in furnitures and pantry, king-sized bed, air conditioning, 24" television with cables, and state of the art wifi connection. Bathroom was 2.5-star standard, with both cold and hot water running. It also got utilities covered for one price. For that price, note that amenities was also provided such as dispensed drinking water and communal kitchen with cold storage unit.
  Parking was never easier. It got 12+ cars parking capacities, and 50+ motorcycles basement parking. Reception and securities was 24-hours provided, giving the best living experience.
  Overall, it was well maintained and well done.
