Everyone knows that in Ghana CUSTOMER SERVICE is very bad. It's all because of the Ghanaian attitude of when you walk into a business the workers feel like you are a bother and you are the one doing them a favor. That is why Ghana airways failed too. Also, most of the time, technology doesn't work is. Time is not a concern in Ghana as well. We have to deal with it.
The bank with most branches nationwide
Very poor customer service .I had to cash money from vigo for an emergency only to be told that their vigo system hasn't wrked for a wk .on several occasions and we're not willing to contact other branches on my behalf.
The customer service at this GCB is very poor. I was in for MoneyGram but the agent don't even look at your face. They will tell you to put your ID and the form on the counter which takes more than 2 hours
GCB ATM 's are the worst u can find especially de one at C1 market. They never work and the customer service at the bank is so poor.They seem not to have any interest in the customer
A review about Gcb. services are very good also you ask of a loan they don't hesitate but gives to you as prompt as possible that's why they are Excellent.
