Description
I have been teaching Pilates for over 12 years. My background is in Dance. I graduated with my Degree in 1999, in Newcastle. Since then Pilates has been my main focus. More recently I have qualified in Swedish massage and Sports & remedial massage, helping my clients with chronic long term pain. I also offer acupuncture and Thai massage.
