Firstly, I apologise for the length of this review, but I wanted to share my situation in the hope that people, like myself, who are not Car knowledgeable and often fear being ripped off, over charged or worried they cannot trust that a Garage are being honest, can find reassurance they way that I did when i recently used AAA.

My problem occurred when a DIFFERENT Tyre place (I was unaware of AAA) changed a punctured tyre on my Fiesta, but after this my sensor was damaged and kept flashing up a message saying sensor did not recognise the pressure.
After resetting it and monitoring the situation, I wanted this looked at but I was not confident in taking it back to the same tyre place I used.
I did not get a great feeling and not being good with Cars, I like to feel I can trust a garage.

My wife heard from Social Media that AAA had good reviews and it was within walking distance from my house.
I took it in to seek advice and the person that approached me was Adam.
I explained things and he agreed to look at this the next day to see what needs doing. He not only fitted me in at short notice, he gave me a rough idea of the price but also said that if he cannot sort the problem then he won't charge me, also will advise me as what to do next.

The Car was dropped off and within 30 mins he rang me, letting me know I need a new sensor, which I will have to order.
Adam not only did not charge me, but when I collected my Car, he had found me the exact Sensor I needed to order and a few options in case that one wasn't in stock.
Adam said that once the sensor comes in then to let him know and I can bring it to AAA and they will sort it for me.

Once the sensor came, I contacted AAA and they sorted it the following day for me, at a reasonable price, especially considering I wasn't charged the first time they looked at the Sensor.

If, like me, you are not Car knowledgeable and are worried that you will be told things are wrong with the Car, or tyres, but are not sure if that is true, then AAA are a garage I would definitely recommend.

I certainly will be using them from now on and I only wish I'd have been aware of them when I needed to replace my tyre a few weeks earlier.

I communicated with Adam quite a few times, keeping him updated about the delivery of my sensor arriving, when I might be able to bring it in, etc, then I was messed around by delivery of the item, so I updated Adam again and he was very understanding.
When it did arrive, Adam told me to bring it the next morning, which i did and spoke to a different person, who fitted it for me within a couple of hours.

Over a 2 week period, I communicated with Adam, as well as 2 other members of staff, including the one that sorted my sensor out and all 3 were great, really friendly but Professional and it was a very positive experience.

This was why I felt I had to put on a Review, something I rarely do, because I know there are people out there like me, that want somewhere they trust and feel they are being supported, rather than fear ripped off.

Thanks Adam and the team for the support you gave me, you not only fixed my problem with the sensor, but I also felt relaxed and reassured that it was in good hands and I will definitely see you again when I'm in need of new tyres.

I know you and your staff might see it as you were only doing your jobs, but to me it was so much more than that because of the way I was made to feel, as well as the excellent job that was done in fitting my new sensor.

So many people these days are happy to complain about anything and are quick to post negative things, moan, rant, etc, but I believe that credit should be given to those that deserve praising for positive things also, hence why I have made the effort to write this lengthy review fort AAA.

I collected my Car and left feeling like a valued customer, which was a surprising experience from a Garage.
I will definitely be taking my business to AAA from now on.

I hope this review influences other people to also use AAA,

Took my fiat 500 in for a new tyre and discovered there were a lot more issues than just a tyre when my car started sliding away even with the handbrake on! Booked me in first thing the next day and actually saved me money by being thorough and honest.
Absolutely sound bunch of lads and couldn't recommend them more. Amazing service, amazing prices and you can have a laugh with em. Won't be going anywhere else from now on. Cheers lads!

Been going to AAA for at least last 5 years with various vehicles.

Each time I’ve been treated with utmost professionalism and attention to customer service from Anise ( hope spelling is right !) and the team.

Been today for couple of tyres and both replaced as I waited and great price too.

I’ve had new , part worn and punctures repaired and also winter tyres swapped over etc and nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

Would not hesitate to recommend- easy parking, first class customer Service and at affordable prices - forget the “big boys” get down to AAA
