Google User (11/09/2017 16:31) So many problems, weird unpredictable things happen with the mobile services, particularly with the mobile broadband, they charge high prices for bad speeds, when you call, the staff don't really seem to know the answers to anything either and they get so frustrated but I don't blame them because if the face of the company looks as bad as this, I can't imagine the problems within the company.
Google User (19/08/2017 21:16) Took MTN more than 3 months and more than 10 calls to fix an erroneous charge. And even then they didn't refund the whole amount. Their signal is also subpar when compared to others.
Google User (04/07/2017 23:38) The worst experience i ever had..i am an IT and i trusted them with 2 phone numbers from another service, my number and my wife's number. We couldnt even communicate with each other..they made there recommendation classic troubleshooting and other magic at the end they admit that is their fault and let me break the contract..it was a nightmare 3 months
