Located in the town center and only a few blocks away from the Malecon, the local beach and the main square, this colonial home offers 2 brand new comfortable rooms for rent on its 2nd level and a third newly built bedroom on the lower level. Each rooms has a double bed, A/C, private ensuite, hot water, fan, mini fridge and a flat screen TV. On the second level, there is a common living area with couches and dining set off the two bedrooms for exclusive use to the renters. There is also a large balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the street off of the common area. A large rooftop terrace offers great views of the town and sun lounges. The owner Noemi speaks English and has many years experience in the hospitality industry.
