Developing and implementing market-driven business solutions that meet and exceed the expectations of partners and stakeholders, thereby enabling them attain their objectives in 05 main areas:

- Business promotion and development: Drawing business plans, carrying out feasibility studies, drawing up and implementing turn-around plans, property-management and business set-up.

- Financial intermediation and investments: We assist clients (borrowers) have access to various sources of funding for their projects. On the other hand we permit individuals and organizations have access to lucrative investment outlays through a rigorous mechanism of risk management.

- Human capital development: We are concerned about the need for building capacity and empowering especially the young people within our local communities. This drive pushes us to develop programs that train, coach and place individuals within professions that best suit their skills. At the same time we provide a platform permitting employers to get the appropriate skills they require for their organizations and businesses. Our interventions take us to schools, churches, organizations, and the society at large, with life-changing training programs and education schemes to build a brighter future for the youth of today.

- Real estate: This sector comprises a huge business avenue for the future, and it is our intention to capitalize on partnerships with credible organizations doing business in this area to invest on behalf of our investors, into real estate promotion and development.

- IT and communication: We intend to use information technology to harness the tremendous wealth available in our local communities to improve life quality. Communication has proven to be an indispensable tool for the emergence of business and we intend to promote its use for the well-being of our partners and stakeholders.

We will create strong partnerships with the following groups of stakeholders:
- Government structures, essentially ministries and parastatals that are concerned with our areas of intervention (ministries of vocational training, small and medium-sized enterprises, finance, etc). From these, we expect to have accreditation's and funding that will permit us intervene in a much-wider arena.

- Diplomatic representations and other international NGOs: Before these, we intend to pose as credible channels for them to transmit resources in our various areas of intervention that are of interest to them. We will try to get funding and carry out projects that impact and affect the livelihoods of the local populations within the state of Cameroon and abroad.

- Local businesses (SMEs, start-ups, etc): These are a privileged niche of our activities, and the core of our mission. We intend to work to foster an environment within which businesses can thrive, and in this light we intend to run various schemes for the setting-up, running, and expansion of businesses. This implies that we will foster the existence of partnerships with local businesses and organizations, all with the idea of creating wealth and fostering sustainable development.

- Experts and other intellectuals / professionals: Our partnerships with various experts intervening in disciplines of interest permit us to be pluri-disciplinary in our approach.
