The Atiu Tumunu Experience is Rarotonga's must do activity. To discover more about this local tradition book a tour with us and:

* Sample our traditional homebrew from the islands of Atiu, Mauke & Rarotonga
* Learn the untold story of the coconut & its many uses including never before demonstrated uses
* Have a go at husking & grating a coconut & take photos
* Make a basket from the leaves of the coconut tree
* Visit a nearby marae (sacred meeting place) & learn its history
* Take part in the cooking of local food in a umu (an underground earth oven)

Our day tour operates Monday, Wednesday, Friday; 9.30am- 1.30pm
Adult: $75/ child $35

All inclusive package includes your host, katikati (snacks), dinner from our umu & tasting of our traditional homebrew.

Please note we do not have knives, forks, glasses or plates so be prepared to eat as locals eat.
