Description
This is a high set beach house with beautiful ocean views. Sunrise, moonrise, and full moon are spectacular. It is set back from the road, so minimal traffic noise.
During the whale season, humpback whales can often be seen from the front balcony. The beach in front of the house is coral, but there are sandy beaches a few meters away. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, a spacious lounge, and a modern kitchen. The front balcony overlooks the ocean, and the back balcony looks straight onto Rarotonga's lush mountain ranges. Floors are made from tropical hardwood timber. The house is screened, with security doors upstairs.
The upstairs 2 bedroom villa can be rented for NZD190 per night, or $175 per night for stays longer than 7 days. Downstairs is a fully self contained studio which can be rented on it's own (2 people maximum) for $80 per night or $70 per night for stays of longer than 10 days. Upstairs and downstairs combined can be rented for $250 per night, or $200 per night for stays longer than 7 days.
Rates for stays longer than 2 weeks can be negotiated.
