CITC Pharmacy is located within Avarua Shopping Centre. It is the only retail pharmacy in the Cook Islands with a New Zealand trained and registered pharmacist.
CITC Pharmacy has a well equipped dispensary supplying prescription medication to local residents and visitors. Most supplies are sourced from New Zealand. Supplies of less frequently prescribed pharmaceuticals can be obtained swiftly through the regular air services to Rarotonga.
CITC Pharmacy stocks a wide range of sunscreens, insect repellents, first aid supplies, pain relief supplies, body care products, hair care products and health and sports supplements, all the brands you know at competitive prices.
CITC Pharmacy is also a stockist of local skin care skin care products Rito and Te Tika.
Other services include: emergency contraception (morning after pill); first aid care; "warrant of fitness" health check, which includes blood glucose and cholesterol levels, blood pressure, weight, height and body mass index, for just $10!
