I was very disappointed when l went to Tim's in Salisbury today to find out the steak and panini sandwich has been discontinued.
This was my favourite and l am not interested in the replacement

Service was terribly slow - too much attention placed on drive-thru and mobile app orders.

Normally when someone ask for no cheese they don't want any cheese, where in the English language does no cheese mean put overflowing extra cheese .... The service is slow and they don't listen ..

It was very slow, but the lady at the window was really nice

Went through drive-thru and whoever was taking our order cut us off and never let us finish. We got to the window and asked to add to our order (since we still had more to order), and they said it was too late we should have ordered at the speaker. Asked for a manager and was refused because of "time limits" at the window. Would give 0 stars if given the option.

My husband just went thru the drive thru for his ice cap and as we all know the condensation makes the cup wet, getting your hands wet while drinking it. So he politely asked for it to be double cupped. Saint John Tim Hortons, anyone of them double cup for him. Anyways the young fella serving him blatantly refused to double cup it. Let my husband walk away after paying some 10$ for his order. I am appalled, never will we ever stop at the Salisbury Tim Hortons AGAIN. Disgusted.. Not impressed. Perhaps more of an accommodating staff is something to think about�
