I believe we all have the capacity to achieve moments of enlightenment in the simplest ways, each and every day. Through consistent practice and courageous effort we can allow this to become a state of our being. Through the many years I have been absorbed in the teachings of the ancient practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, I bring to you a resource to find your true calling, your true nature and your true being. Life is but a journey, and I hope it to be one filled with love, laughter, happiness as well as adversity ~ through adversity we grow, change and blossom.
The arts of Yoga & Ayurveda have helped me live in harmony with not only nature, but with my own true nature. They have helped me create a life I LOVE, and I hope in some small way I can assist you in your own journey to a life that you LOVE for always.
