Description

At 92 Elizabeth Avenue, REPS Fitness and Conditioning is the newest training facility in St. John's.

REPS 19,000 square foot facility has the amenities to suit all of your training and fitness needs. From bodybuilding to power and olympic lifting, a ladies only fitness area, a large supply of free weights and a fully stocked cardio area, REPS is one of the best equipped fitness centres in the city.

In January REPS will also be opening a 4000 square foot CrossFit Affiliate offering classes with experienced trainers along with top of the line ROGUE equipment including barbells, kettlebells, rope climbs, rowers, resistance bands, rings, squat racks, a 24 foot pull-up rack and 4500+ lbs of bumper plates.

We look forward to being St. John's #1 hybrid fitness facility!
