    Men's dept - Bad & lazy customer service, borderline rude, there are enough reps to serve, but they seem too busy pushing online sales when asked for help.

    I went shopping with my 87 year old mother at this location so she could purchase a winter coat. There was a big line-up so we went to pay at the jewelry counter. We had a nice and professional salesperson named Olga who was more than happy to assist us. She deserves 5 stars!

    In general a good location but not very organized. Some cash registers have lines while others are just not in service. Friendly staff but the service is slow.

    I experienced over-the-top amazing customer service at The Bay Pickering..could not believe how friendly and helpful the associate was- went far out of her way to make my shopping experience positive!

    I don't usually write anything negative online but I'm getting really tired of hearing info from the staff at the Estee Lauder counter that are like 15 years old say things to me about the prices of their products and bonuses that they have absolutely no knowledge of......... Don't you know that speaking the truth is the only way to go, and if you don't know anything about something then don't say anything at all. I went to get the new Estee Lauder bonus thats going on and they're now having you spend $50 to get the bonus !! WTH is going on people, it just keeps going up and up !! Last time I received a bonus was maybe in the fall and you only had to spend maybe $36 so going to $50 is a pretty big jump. So the salesgirl says to me (It's always been that much) I'm like, no Honey it has not !!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER !!!! I will be contacted Headquarters regarding this matter in the near future.

    My experience was good. Found parking immediately and closeby the entrance. Got what I was looking for. It's a smaller store though.

    Before I get started, the experience was a 4 star. There was just something missing... Now with the meat and potatoes of the review. It was a brisk winter's eve on December 17, 2016. There was a nice young boy around the age of my second child with a line of 15+ people. I walked up to the service desk and asked this dastardly young ginger to assist me in picking out a nice color swacket from under armor. He politely agreed to come look at the selection with me for only a moment as his lineup of people would surely be angered by his absence. The boy with the fiery hair led me to the Under Armor section of the store (Which is quite well stocked if i do say so myself. Tip of the fedora to that one ;) and politely gave his opinion on which color swacket would look good on me. He was away from the service desk for quite some time now, but the look in his eye was so full of determination to SATISFY me to the fullest ;) I said to him that he should return back to his desk of service with post haste in order to satiate the needs of the other customers. To my surprise, he insisted that he take his lunch break to further fulfill my individual needs as a woman. He lifted me on his back and, like a knight on his trusty steed, trotted me over to the food court and bought be a doubledilla from taco bell. We just sat in silence as we consumed our bountiful harvest. After the cheesy delight, he then whisked me away back towards The Hudson's Bay. As he returned, the angry mob of customers ALL demanded him to see a manager. He tried to calm them all down, but to no avail. Then, he revealed his ultimate secret. He, Justine Scottini, WAS ACTUALLY, CFO of the company. He looked to me with much dread in his eye and said "I'm sorry wanheda. I'm sorry you had to find out this way." Before this review gets TOO long, I'd just like to mention that the marketing team is doing AMAZING! All of the signage is perfect in every way and the store looks Splenda. While I was there tho, there was a code "23 19" which I actually recognized, since I've worked in retail before. The building was quickly evacuated. The next day, I couldn't find the socks.

    Horrible customer service. The manager on duty is a joke. The staff don't even know the company's return policy properly. Very disappointed
