Description
Heartwood is a full service restaurant located on Quinpool Road in Halifax. We are Halifax's only vegetarian restaurant. We offer a variety of choices that are both delicious and nutritious. During the summer season, you can also find us at 1751 Lower Water Street Kiosk #4 on the Halifax Waterfront.
All Heartwood's food is prepared in house, fresh each day. Practicing cooking with a conscious, we try to source the best ingredients possible right down to our spices.
We emphasize Organic Food and get excited about Local & Organic Food. We do it for the health of our customers and the care for our environment. We work with the seasons, weather, and availability of ingredients.
