First time I used them for some repairs on my Cannondale and the service I got was fantastic! Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, fast and the price was very reasonable.

Brought my bike to this store, originally they said it would take 1 week and ended up taking 3 weeks just to blow up the tires. 10/10 would NOT go again.
An excellent bike shop. A good assortment of bikes, freely offered for testing. Excellent after-purchase service and information. Some times the shop is insanely busy, yet they always come through when you have a problem. Watched a customer who had a problem with his crank. Rob was having difficulty getting the part sourced, so he told him he took one off one of his personal bikes as a replacement until the part came in. This is the type of considerate problem-solving you get with this shop.

They know their stuff! They were very kind and let me try as many bikes as I wanted. I bought a Specialized off of them and they were super friendly saying to bring it back after a few rides so they can tighten everything, threw in a free water bottle and holder. THANK YOU THANK YOU! You guys are one of the few dying breeds that really know what the true meaning of what customer service is and how to treat people with respect. You guys made me feel important and I really felt like my experience there was one of your priorities.
