History of Dinajpur Rajbari:
History says the Raja Dinaj or Dinaraj is the establisher of the Dinajpur, Rajbari. But thers saythat after usurping the Ilyas shahi rule, the familiar ''Raja Ganch'' of the early fifteen century was the true founder of the Rajbari. At the end of seventeenth century srimanta Dutta Choudhury become the zaminder od Dinajpur and after his, his sister's son sukhdeva ghosh hereditary the property as srimanta's son had a prometure death.
