Description

Being there for others is what gave birth to the IBN SINA TRUST on 30th June 1980. A group of dedicated people inspired enough by the noble ideologies of Islam pledged to devote their lives to alleviate the pain of the distressed people. We have, over the past two decades and more we have built a number of Hospitals, Laboratories, Consultation Center, Medical College and Pharmaceutical Industry. Along with our social welfare programs IBN SINA TRUST is a pioneer in private medical services.

IBN SINA TRUST is a welfare trust organization inspired by the former Ambassador of Govt. of K.S.A. to Bangladesh HE Fouad Abdul Hamid Al-Khateeb. Ibn Sina started in 1980 with a sum of only Tk. 1 lac. It renders humanitarian services from earnings through various Medicare services such as the Hospital, Laboratories, Medical Checkup and other facilities. Since 1980, Ibn Sina has become one of the most reputed names in medical services.

Every great work has had a most humble beginning. IBN SINA TRUST began its journey with the opening of a Medical Check-up unit in June, 1980 with a capital of only TK 1 lac. A rented house at 78 International Airport Road (A.R. Mansion) at Mohakhali, Dhaka, was used for the purpose with only three officers, three doctors and seven other employees to work within the unit.

Since that day, with multiple fully functional units helping millions – our journey seems to have just begun.
