  Everyone knows that there are two bus services are too much better in Rajshahi. Desh Travels is one of them. Manner and attitude of this bus Staff are credible but the sitting facilities of Non-Ac bus is not enough nowadays compared to Shohag Paribahan.
  I highly recommend you to Travel throughout this bus. The authority of this travel should improve their sitting facilities on non ac bus services. They should follow the Shohag Paribahan or older Hanif Exclusive's seats.👍

  Your bus qualities ( especially ac coaches) aren't so good. These are getting old day by day and can't give it's proper service. If you continue your business with these buses, your business might be hampered...I trust that you will take proper steps about this fact. Thank you

  The counter is in a good spot. There was not enough space available for all the travellers. Half of the AC was not working properly. When there was loadsheding they had only AC behind the ticket sellers. At least there should have been one or two fan lines. The washroom was much cleaner compared to any other bus counters. The behaviour of the people there was ok. Not noteworthy but not rude behaviour either. All in all it was okay, there are many more options to improve and develop the service.

  One of the biggest mass transport(bus) company from northern side of Bangladesh. Most of their bus are from Hyundai brand but some of them are shaped like Hyundai but made in Bangladesh.
  They have a large lineup of Ac & non AC bus.
  Sits of these bus are in average quality. Service is not bad but not good also. Sometimes their bus supervisor acts rudely with the customers. They should look up to this problem.

  Best bus service for Rajshahi-Dhaka-Chittagong with wide range of bus service. Best known for their well trained stuff, service & Hyundai Universe Luxury buses.
