This is the worst hospital service I have ever seen. They charge more than other private hospitals. But the service is very bad. Doctor comes once a day. And if you call the nurse or the duty doctor in any need, they are not available. so poor

BIHS General Hospital is one of the best hospitals in the Mirpur area. Here OPD, IPD, health checkup, physiotherapy, emergency, pharmacy, customer care desk, prayer room, breast feeding room, TB control program, cantina, ATM booth, parking facility available.

This is the worst hospital in Dhaka I have ever seen. Most of the nurses, attendant, doctors are careless and reluctant to give utmost care to the patient. I came here with my dad's pneumonia and he got a brain stroke while he was in the hospital due to wrong treatment of the doctor. I would not recommend anyone to this hospital. This hospital is only for business not for patients. I'm giving honest review from my experience.

Hospitals are good for diabetics patient only. In hospital services are not as standard. They need to gain a more experienced work force for providing medical related services.

Very neat and clean hospital. Rooms are spacious and well maintained and reasonable rent. Best place for diabetes patients. They have very expert pull of Doctors. Best part is its an associate organisation of BIRDEM

New parking facility is good but charge is too high. it should be hourly basis. I went there for 20 minutes but had to pay BDT. 40. The front desk service provider tram needs to get training on " Meet and greet". However , the improvement in the hospital in last 6 months is quiet noticeable. Overall service has improved very much.

HISH is a general hospital. but its a branch of bangladesh diabetics hospital under bangladesh diabetics society. its mainly special for diabetica.

Its a sister Organization of BIRDEM. And also a general Hospital. You can get good treatment and diagnosis here in a very cheap rate. Doctors are well qualified. Over all management of the hospital is very good and appreciable.

This is a specialized for diabetics patient only. Accommodation are limited but they have an under construction building. After finishing that it will be a large accommodate diabetic hospital in Mirpur. They have some good professor but very limited in number. Overall service is so so.

Don't know much about the hospital but blood bank experience was horrible. The staffs ar inexperienced, inexpert and unprofessional. She needed to push 4 to 5 times in my both hand to take blood. And made my friend almost sick. Moreover she was playing sudoku on newspaper during work. đĄ

Should not even get 1star,
I doubt it's a hsopital or a gas chamber. Quite unclean and behavior of the staff is of inferior grade.
