  Once again Stoutes have provided us with an excellent service. During the frantic Christmas holidays nothing was too much trouble. The charges are fair and you get what you order. What more do you need?

  Hired a car for three days last week from Stoutes. Very polite and courteous service from Brian. The car was delivered to us, on time, at Sandals for 8am. Very thorough explanation of the contract, car and Sat Nav. It was collected from the Sandals car park at 6pm three days later. Very reasonable price and great service. Would recommend highly and will use again. Rob

  I've rented from Stoutes each time I've been to Barbados, from 2005 on to last month (September 2017). In my experience it's always been friendly service, with no gimmicks and no nonsense. They still do things using a pen and paper, but that doesn't seem to slow them down.
  
  The cars have been clean and in good condition with relatively low mileage (or kilometerage as the case may be).
  
  I don't know if they do this for all hotels, but they have a location near The Crane and have dropped off cars at the hotel for us. That's great if you just want a car for a couple of days of your vacation to explore the island, or if you have a free airport transfer and just want to do paperwork in the comfort of the hotel lobby rather than at the airport.

  Customer service above and beyond! From answering my late calls after getting stuck in Miami, to telling the airport staff about my specific situation, to checking up on my experience via email. Ann and her team are fabulous. We felt in extremely good hands receiving patient directions and great local road tips. We had zero issues with our car and they were extremely flexible about our drop off. I would highly recommend Stoutes Car Rentals for your car rental needs in Barbados!

  When stopping by the office in Kirktons I noticed a mission statement hanging on the wall. I don't remember it word for word, but it promised immaculate vehicles and personalized attention. Stoutes absolutly accomplished their mission. Both Margot and Jefferson were genuinely kind and attentive. The vehicle was beyond clean and well maintained. Can't say enough good about Stoutes car rental. This was my 2nd trip to Barbados, and 2nd time using Stoutes. Will never look elsewhere for a car.

  Best experience ever! I spent many years traveling for business and have rented hundreds of cars and Stouts is by far the best I have ever used. The staff was friendly and helpful and made sure their calculated charges matched my copy of the reservation. At the airport they walk you to your car which is waiting curbside and show you all the little details that will matter like how to open the gas cap door. Simply the best.

  I have rented cars all over the world--rural France, downtown Bangkok, even Delhi--but I have never encountered more personable service, not to mention more fastidiously maintained and problem-free vehicles, than have been provided by Stoutes Car Rental over the decades that I have been making semiannual visits to the island. It is like having a trusted member of the family make one's travel arrangements.

  I've used Stoutes Car Rentals for nearly 10 years now. I always book visiting friends and family in with them and have always received excellent service. Depending on needs, we have picked the cars up at the airport, or had them delivered to where we are staying.
  
  Always a great price, clean fresh cars (with a good range of options) and brilliant service. Would highly recommend!
