    TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM!
    We made the decision to transfer our property managment to Ron Karp, and terminated the services of our current agency. On the same day that we were supposed to handover the keys, we got an email saying "Sorry, we changed our minds". Just like that. Horrific customer service experience.
