Best place to be. I Love to entertain my Canadian and New Yorkers here whenever they are on the island. Sales Manager Cheryl is the best. Staff is well trained and super courteous! The food is excellent. The ocean view calms and relaxes you as you eat...beautiful dining experience!!!

First time at the Radisson, stayed at the Hilton 6 months ago. I loved the Radisson from the moment we checked in everyone was welcoming and friendly. The beach is perfect, Shane at the beach was the best. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean nice and friendly hotel. Great beach. Take an upgrade package that gets you breakfast and a bar drink each day. Conveniently located. Make sure to stop by the Barbados Cruising Club next door.

Really nice place to stay. The Caribbean people are very warm and welcoming. All the staff are very friendly.
Some tweaking needs to be done for all the breakfasts were excellent we had an evening meal and I know on holiday we should not be in so much of a hurry but after our order was taken we waited an hour then I reminded them our drinks had not come the I asked again and asked that the bring our drinks straight away and they came but we had another 40 minutes to wait for our meal which is unacceptable. The management are aware and seemed to be indicating things would change which would be in the interest of both the hotel and guests. The food was good however though my chips could have been hotter. We did enjoy our stay and the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and area so perhaps a little generous 4 stars as no 4.5 stars😀

I arrived early, the hotel told me the check in is at 3PM. I asked them if they could contact me if there's a room ready earlier than 3PM, they refused to contact me but ask me to hang out in the hotel. I wondered around and went back to the hotel at 2:45, still no room. No one was even proactively helping me, I asked several time to see if there will be a room ready, the front desk just constantly reminds me that it was me who's early, and it's not their fault. Now, it's 3:45, still no room is ready. I have sit in front of the front desk for like one full hour, they finally start to say, I will call the cleaning crew right away to see if your room is ready. I am very unhappy with the courtesy and will never stay here again.

I was with my friend who stayed there for a conference and we experienced some unpleasant interactions with some of the staff from the restaurant. First, while my friend was talking to the coordinator of the conference the person (who I'm assuming was the hostess) interrupted to ask 'Do you know this person?'. The hostess and other staff attended to the other diners in the restaurant regularly and often but did not afford us the same. At least three different times my friend had to go to the desk/cashier in the restaurant to make inquiries about service or food. She ordered pasta and this took over an hour to be served. We were the only persons of African descent in the restaurant at the time.

The room was nice. No microwave was provided. Not sure if that is standard in the hotel or a result of the type of room my friend's employee booked.

Staff at the front desk were generally friendly and helpful. Especially Victor. He is a gem.

This is a lovely hotel, rooms are clean nice size with balcony facing the sea some are a little less glam over the restaurant roof. food is ok,chicken strips chips n burgers for kids is good from outside bar & reasonably priced. .pools are small, but great for kids as sun lounger's are next to pool so you can keep an eye on them. Staff are all very friendly and willing to help with any problems. Beach is directly opposite from pool so easy to watch children, lovely soft sand with calm sea as in a cove, lots of beds on the beach so no need for 5am dash to put towels out.shops near by for supply's. A nice place to spend time.

Relaxing and laid back atmosphere. Staff extremely welcoming, hospitable, helpful and friendly. Pool is small but not crowded. Rooms are a little older but nicely furnished and have a comfortable bed. Some things like patio door need TLC. Beach is a highlight.

Quiet with stunning beach and surrounds. Buffet breakfast was great. Lots of wildlife sitting at your tables waiting for you to chuck some bread to. Little gym looks good. Rooms I thought were great. With excellent views. Very tranquil.

The exterior looks dated. It could use some touch ups to the building. The lobby is an open pass thru to the beech. It's very airy and constantly cleaned. The beech area is nice, however it's not an exclusive section for the hotel. 1 interesting sight was seeing the local stable hands bring three horses over in the early mornings and take them into the water. The same section where you and I go in. I like the open air restaurant, however I think they need to install a netting system around the dining area. If your not very careful, the birds will fly in and take food from your plate.

The hotel is on the beach and the view is very scenic. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The food costs are excessively high, especially the buffet breakfast compared to what I pay in Canada; someone who doesn't want a buffet doesn't have another choice.
The rooms require upgrading, especially the carpet, painting, and noisy air-conditioner. The corridor carpets should be replaced.
The birds should be kept out of eating areas since droppings are unsanitary.

It's ok hotel, rooms are comfortable and staff nice, however check-in and room services are very slow.

The beat is nice and offers a great view, good to relax.

The hotel is close to the airport and it's ok if you are there for business

The bed was not comfortable. The barbecue on Thursday night is more expensive then we were told, the water in the shower would not maintain consistent temperature. Other than that, a very nice stay.

Great view from the rooms. somewhat laid back service is to be expected, as is the lifestyle here in Barbados. If can live with that, then there's nothing that you won't love.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good location and has a very nice clean beach. Can walk to the beat fish burger seller on the planet as on same beach and can also walk to the hilton for lunch too Close to access links into Bridge town. Had a face lift a couple of years ago and brought up to date. Rooms nice and clean well cleaned. Food can be a little expensive for what you get, the lift is painfully slow and the air-conditioning for each room is extremely noisy.

I am appalled that Thompson has this hotel on their books. Food is a lot to be desired!!!! Had a BBQ burger , raw meat and chips were under cooked and that was only the beginning!!!! Waited over an hour for food!!! Rooms are awful, air con sounds like a plane is taking off!!! I paid for an upgrade for my son and he's room was exactly the same as mine. Beach was lovely though!!! Staff were ok. I really do not recommend anyone staying here I will never return and I am going to complain to Thompson.regarding all the above and more. DONT GO!!!!!
