Nicholls Baking Co. prides itself on keeping the Bajan tradition of baking alive, especially with our signature traditional Bajan saltbread.

Our product line includes: Bajan Light Sweet Loaf, sandwich loaves (white and wholewheat), traditional pastries (turnovers, current slices, rock cakes, meat rolls) and other Bajan cakes like fruit cake, pound cake, ribbon cakes and Bajan great cake.

New additions to our product line include: Bajan soups, cheesecakes, carrot cake, banana bread and cassava pone.

We are well situated across the length and breadth of Barbados with five locations:
1. Main Depot - Bibby's Lane, St. Michael
2. Thorpes Main Road, St. James
3. Black Rock inside the Channell Supermarket shopping complex
4. Speightstown - opposite the bus terminal
5. Six Roads - obliquely opposite the gas station
