Apartment No.27 is an attractively furnished 1,400 sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom end unit, ground floor apartment located in the intimate holiday community of Margate Gardens.
The master bedroom is en-suite with a king size bed and generous closet space and a built in dresser. The second bedroom with a queen size bed also has ample closet space and built in dresser with an additional adjoining full bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans.
Guests can enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs in the patio that encompasses the length of the apartment and being enclosed by the lush foliage is cool, breezy and private.
The interior is a modern open plan design combining the living and dining area. There is a 50" flat screen TV in the living area and free hi speed Wi-Fi internet connection is provided.
The fully equipped kitchen also has a washer/dryer combo neatly tucked away in a closet.

This beautifully appointed apartment is surrounded by well manicured tropical gardens and a shared swimming pool, both of which guests have access to.

Margate Gardens is centrally located opposite the kilometer long south coast board walk that meanders alongside the calm Caribbean coast line. It is frequented by the early morning exercise enthusiasts or late afternoon strollers and sunset watchers alike. The popular Accra Beach with its white sand and turquoise waters is within walking distance as are some well known restaurants. Adjacent to the apartments is Lanterns Mall offering a variety of shops, food court and convenient stores.

Getting around

It is ideally located on the public transport route and for those hiring a car, secure parking is allocated. Taxi service is within close proximity and available at all times.Car rentals service provided and cars delivered directly to Margate Gardens.
