It’s one of those places. If you have the money to spend here it’s beautiful; food is great and the cocktails are perfect too.

Go at lunch and spend a little less without having to adhere to their dress code - we walked straight off the beach.

It really is one of the better high end places on the island which is a bit more comfortable then the cliff or cin cin.

    Highly recommended.

Also, come in the morning. spend the day at the beach - swim with sea turtles - as the glass bottom boats stop here to visit throughout the day.

Loved this place. Our 9 year old daughter had her birthday and they managed to get her special candle and decorated our table. Nice food and nice settings. Great cocktails to die for. Palm in the front of the restaurant is very picturesque eventhough it doesn't belong to the restaurant you must take a snap there.

Gets busy at night but has great atmosphere and the food is really good. Personal I enjoy eating lunch time more than dinner there as it was alot more relaxed and chilled.

A long lunch here made for my favourite day in Barbados, we really love it. The staff were the perfect combination of fun, friendly and professional. The food sensational and the atmosphere dreamy. Barbados is not a cheap place to eat out, but our lunch was reasonable considering the enjoyment it gave us.

Stayed for our wedding night loud air con that was leaking so turned off then got to hot turned back on and thought we were being attacked with gun fire . Guy came to look and said don't adjust as will make noise. Room was damp so we shared with a dehumidifier. No very private with people in view moving around all the time . Very disappointed. Would imagine the top suite may be nice. Would not recommend in my life time.

A beautiful boutique hotel with seven rooms and a fantastic restaurant, located right infront of a beautiful beach - you litteraly can walk from the restaurant on to the west coast beach. Reservations are recommended. The restaurant serves a full breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Return visitor after a 4 year hiatus. The place has been renovated, the starters were awesome; the mains a little less so. Just not sure it was worth the little extra that this restaurant charges.

Lovely setting, beautiful building and great food. If the service matched the prices, then this place might deserve 5 stars but sadly it is incredibly overpriced. We've eaten at 2 star Michelin restaurants around the world which were cheaper. A bottle of Cloudy Bay (£15 in a UK supermarket) was £80 and starters around £20 each. Our drinks weren't carried from the bar to our table for us, nor serviettes placed on out laps, or the requisite amount of chairs provided for my family whilst we drank on the verandah: all small touches that might have demonstrated the faultless service you expect for these prices. As seems to be the case with many Bajan restaurants; priced way above it's station.

Lovely place to see the sunset.. great service we didn't get to eat food as we weren't dressed appropriately but they were kind enough to let us drink and watch sunset before evening dinner service.. fantastic viewpoint....

Overpriced, indifferent service and a couple of issues with food too....when I described these concerns (when finally asked about it towards the end by someone who seemed to have actually taken hospitality training!!) their attitude wasn't to provide some sort of compensation but say I should have said something sooner and hand me the $450 bill - and say I hope we come back! Good luck getting return trade using those tactics from the sort of client spending this level of money on a daily basis on dinner!! I think you'll find they pass!

Great atmosphere and food. A.bit pricey. Avoid bottled water which is 30B$/bottle. The tab water here is filtered and perfectly fine for drinking. It also - in contrast to the bottled water - comes with ice.

Had dinner at the Lone Star on a Sunday evening. Valet parking was great as there is limited parking around the area. We were seated quickly and looked after well. Food was high quality, although a bit pricey. Starters around $25 USD, mains $35-50 USD, although this is not unusual for the area. Overall a very nice evening.

Hard to give this a rating that best describes how I felt . Scene to die for , servers friendly , now let's talk about the food. Serving sizes are pretty big in my opinion which was a pleasant surprise for the prices . The starters are far tastier than the mains hands down which is a bit odd. Drinks were tasty :)

In other words I'd go again .

One of our favorites. Excellent location right on the beach. Small reno this Fall after major one almost two years ago. Solid menu well prepared. Fairly good wine list. Not inexpensive but good value on west coast.
