Not satisfied if you have upgraded to a bigger better location and facilities....then customer services should be BETTER.wait is long turnaround is poor staff is friendly but needs to pick up the pace.Parking is available.security is available Too busy to answer the phone..sometimes 👎🏾🤢

Good parts but getting a return or exchange on an incorrect part is a nightmare. The younger parts salespersons are not very pleasant. Just to ask a question you have to pull a ticket. You can waste an hour getting a return done so make sure the parts you receive are correct before leaving.

Most of the time, unless you have the old broken part taken off the vehicle it's a waste trip cause they may the part but different sizes and can't exactly tell you which is correct to buy . Always carry the damage part to save you going twice

Oil filter part did not fit in the end but I was convinced after viewing that it was the correct one.
