Stay local with your choices on this menu. Prices are steep for the portions.

    Fish was delicious.
Desserts are all made in house.

Service was fantastic; but remember that in barbados they let you relax.

Simply excellent... food and service tonight was the best we’ve had since arriving in Barbados. Others from here on have their work cut out to exceed this. Primo booked for tomorrow. They have their work cut out after this evening. Well done to all at the Harlequin. Our waitress is deserving a mention too, thanks Angela!

Recommended by someone we bumped into at the beach. Kid friendly. Amazing fish dishes. I had barracuda my husband had tuna it was all to die for. 4 yr old has plain spaghetti and butter 😳🙈. Recommend a reservation after 6:30

Great little restaurant in the heart of The Gap, brightly coloured you shouldn't miss it. It can get busy so it's worth booking, the food is really good plenty of sea food dishes, the portion sizes are good, most of the restaurant is outdoors but don't worry if the rain does come, canopies appear as if by magic and you stay dry. The staff are friendly and helpful. This place must now be one of the longest in the Gap,

This restaurant has only managed two stars as the food, well prepared and plated did not taste very nice unfortunately. Save for a great waitress I would have given this place one star. I went with four friends and nobody enjoyed their meal and we all had different things from the menu!

Tasty food, large portions and a very attentive staff. Price is comparable for semi upscale restaurant.

They try to be fine dining, they fail. Ambiente and service are nice and people give everything to make it right and special. But then there's the food. Food is massively overpriced and of sub-par preparation quality.
    We had:
    - A starter of mixed samosas, you have to guess what's in because by taste it's hard to say. Is it fish? Is it potatoe? 15USD.
    - Barbados' speciality, the flying fish, thrown in a flour herb mix and deep fried, served with rubbery potatoes that seemed to be prepped hours before with a serving of liquid garlic butter. The herb mix was the only well seasoned piece of food. Pretty surely the butter was boiled, so it was basically seasoned butter fat. 30USD for fish and chips with liquid garlic ghee.
    - Bland, cooked chicken in a "peppery" cream sauce, no pepper taste at all. No chicken taste. They managed to even undersalt it. A spoon of rice with some corn in it, no bite to it. 29USD.
    - A bottle of cabernet sauvignon for 24USD that seemed more like a six dollar supermarket issue, served in a very nice cooler though.

Maybe our standards are too high, but for 100USD, even on an island, we expected way more.
Again, service and ambiente were nice. It's the food that is boring and greatly overpriced.
