Had a key cut and had to take it back 2 times then the 3 time ask back for my money

was in Barbados for Christmas. I was told you all does sharpen knives there so I sent the chef to get some sharpen. He came back and assured me he's never going back there again. I asked him what happened he said " a lady by the name of Rose I think that's her name I don't know if she's the owner, Manager or Supervisor but she's rude and had no behavior by the way she talks to the staff there if it was me I would of walked of the job" Ethics and morals are the keys to perfect behavior. Behavior symbolizes the personality of a person. A cultured person is always admired by everyone. Especially in professional life, behavior matters a lot to build good relations with bosses, employees as well as customers. Being professional means the sincerity, awareness, and maturity. A professional behavior brings better leadership qualities along with innovations and creativity. Professional behavior matters a lot in hard times also. You already lost a costumer now if he tell more people about his experience in there what you think would happen? By the way the five stars are for the guy that sharpen the knives them worked great
If I could give no stars I would. Went here to purchase 4 pieces of glass/mirrors and encountered POOR POOR customer service and unmannerly behaviours from one of the employees by the name of Mackenzie. Proceeds to bill me extremely high for 1 piece of the glass that was a 2” difference for the other. Never again. Awful service!!!
