If you are accustomed to any semblance of service, this place will give you such grief you will want to pull your hair out. I must say that the doctors, at least the one I dealt with was excellent and provided good service, even the lady collecting the money at the back was quite pleasant., but the two ladies at the front, the one doing the paper work at the desk and the one taking you to check height and so forth, their service could not be WORSE. They literally are like drill Sargents. And the customers are usually looking at each other with the biggest questions in their eyes. Almost saying "is this kind of service for real?". Because of the fact that people don't have a choice because this clinic has a monopoly on the service they provide for the U S embassy, these two women who it seems must be relatives of the owner or something why they think they can treat the customers any how and there's no consequence. I'm seriously calling on the US embassy to investigate the service that these people are providing for them. It leaves the worst taste in your mouth and to have this level of service associated with the United States of America sends the wrong message to those emigrating to this great county. A country that sets the standard for great service. I was warned about the place before I went there. I was there with my two sons and as they looked on and saw the behavior of these two ladies and how they dealt with the customers, they constantly turned to look at me in amazement. I used it as the perfect example to teach them of the evils of a monopoly.
