Codrington is an Anglican seminary college. The grounds are spacious and part of the Former Codrington Estate. The road to enter the college is lined with gorgeous mature cabbage palms.
There is a large pond with fish such as koi and tilapia. The pond is fed by Ben's Spring, a natural water source. There are two man made inlets and a smaller natural inlet.

The college is a working seminary. It contains historic buildings, a fish pond and gardens. The views views are spectacular. The grounds are well maintained and peaceful.
