The service is friendly and thorough. You take your number and wait comfortably until your number is called. The customer service AFTER that is wonderful.
Staff and Guards are helpful, make sure the protocols are followed, but they also need to take notice of ppl who park without having parking permit. In my opinion, the disable parking spots should be in front of the doors not around the corner. Not everyone's disability is seen, it can be difficult for some to do that walking. Besides that, it's a pleasant experience, the tellers are friendly, everyone does their part to make clients experience warming and comfortable.
My latest visit to this business was around 1.30-2pm...
After collecting the number ticket,I was greeted by a simple and pleasant security personnel, greeted you and let you know he is going to take your temperature, then directs you to a position in the queue.
Making sure that the social distancing protocol was in place.Staff and waiting members were socially pleasant.
The protocols were in place.
Pleasant staff and the security,I gave you HIGH PRAISES.
Lots of parking good ambience. Service can be slow at times due to too few tellers even in slower periods.
Tip: go between 2 pm and 2:45 pm before the after school hour crush.
There are two offices in this location. At the main one outside the supermarket, you have to know what you're doing because the help desk needs to be vastly improved. The teller service is the fastest moving service there. Otherwise, be prepared to wait.
The smaller location inside the supermarket, while offering a better service in the past, has stopped some of their services because the main branch is so close by. Yet, you feel more at ease here.
