  Bajan Car Rentals (BCR) is the best and I would definitely use them again. Prior to me arriving to Barbados, I contacted BCR for quotes and various questions. Daniella immediately responded and answered each and every question.When I arrived in Barbados, Roxanne delivered the rental car to my hotel and explained everything to me in detail. The next day when we were driving about, I opened the back door to put something into the back seat. While opening the door, the door handle came right off in my hand. That evening I emailed Daniella about the door handle after the rental company had closed. The next morning, the wife and I went down to the car to get an early start site seeing and when I put the key into the ignition and turned it I got nothing. I called the "Auto Rescue" number that BCR provided me with and waited for the attendant to arrive. About 35 minutes after I called the Auto Rescue number I received a response from Daniella concerning the door handle. After the Auto Rescue attendant started the car I called Daniella and she asked me a few questions and apologized for the problem. She had Roxanne work with me to exchange the car so that it didn't interrupt my schedule. BCR was very professional, and worked very closely with me throughout the whole ordeal and made my vacation a memorable one. Thank you BCR!!!!
