Natural Hoofcare Provider working in and around Bendigo Victoria. Completed Cert 3 in Hoofcare with Australian Certified Equine Hoofcare Professionals.
I believe keeping the hoof regularly trimmed is paramount to achieving and keeping soundness. Maintenance trims are performed from as little as three weeks to as long as five to six weeks depending on hoof growth and wear rates. I will schedule a follow-up appointment at the time of trimming so have your diary ready.
Education is important to me and I will do my best to share what I'm doing and why. I also attend professional development throughout the year in both hoofcare and horsemanship. I have been lucky enough to attend clinics with Pete Ramey, Daisy Bicking and David Landerville.
I’m happy to handle the young, those with limited handling or those with an old injury which makes trimming uncomfortable for them. I will take whatever time it takes to ensure that the horse is happy and that a good trim is achieved.
