I had a procedure with Graeme Southwick from YourBreast earlier this year. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the procedure itself went well and recovery was much better then expected. I have been recommending this business to my closest friends.

Great clinic. Friendly staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable. Have visited a few times for some small procedures with Morris Ritz who was fantastic. Highly recommended!

This is not the most professional place to go if you want good service, Was quoted one price over the phone, another on consultation and then an inflated price after the procedure. Make sure you get everything in writing.

Poor customer service right at the beginning. Tried to make an enquiry about a procedure. Asked all the right questions about the qualifications of the surgeons, the costs etc.. Was given an informative answer: all doctors are good. Was told that the fee for a consultation (!!!) was $330 and if you go ahead that amount is not going to reduce your final bill. Are you people for real??? In the end was told rather indifferently to either make an appointment and pay the fee or go somewhere else where I saw the price for the same procedure advertised as $10K compared to this clinic of $18K.. If you can't train your people to sell your services with more enthusiasm and care about customer's needs, how do you treat them when they are in the operating room???

Unprofessional. Incompetent. Uncaring. Money hungry. Probably one of the worst plastic surgeons in Melbourne. If only I knew this before. I now have to go to another plastic surgeon to fix what he botched.

Considered travelling to Sydney for an upcoming procedure. After doing my research I found Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery and I am so glad! From the first emails up until now ( 4 weeks before surgery ) they have been fantastic. I recently had my consultation - upon entering the facility located in Malvern, everybody was extremely friendly. My surgeon (Dr. Andrew Greensmith) was more than happy to answer all of my thousands of questions and I left feeling very excited and relieved knowing that I am in very capable hands. Looking forward to my surgery!

I called to make an appointment to have a trigger finger released And found out that that I would first require a consultation with a surgeon which cannot be bulk billed and that my out of pocket expense would be around $150. Now I'm a 70 year old age pensioner and there is no financial relief from the fee. The surgeon is Damon Thomas and when I spoke with his PA Lisa and explained that my GP had already diagnosed the trigger finger and that I had already had 2 steroid injections to attempt to fix it so the diagnoses was clear I was told that the surgeon had to make sure!!!
The following day I was contacted but the business manager Rick, who had been notified of my concerns after my telephone call, In view of the fact that my trigger finger had already been diagnosed and partially treated Dr Thomas had agreed to book me straight to the procedure stage and proposed a fee at a figure that I was able to afford from my pension.
Certainly showing that there is flexibility in extreme circumstances. Thank you Dr Thomas!!
