  I am honestly blown away by my whole experience with Mandurah Mazda. It was my first time getting my car serviced and fixed with them since moving here from Melbourne and they surprised me by cleaning my car inside and out! I am due to give birth in less than a week so it was such a blessing and made my week! Thank you to everyone who contributed :) exceptional service and will definitely be returning..

  Inexperenced and lack luster. I love Melville Mazda as the staff are always great and my Mazda 3 is amazing but the mandrah one seemed to lack the professional qualities that Melville Mazda had.
  
  It could be the person I dealt with was newish as he wasn't rude, just seemed to lack confidence in his sales and products.

  Always great service and haven't had any nasty surprises when it comes time to pay the bill, which isn't always the case when I've had other cars serviced elsewhere.

  I had a 2nd hand Mazda vehicle that was purchased privately and I regularly got it serviced at Mandurah Mazda for probably 4 years. In that time they went through 3 Service Managers and were onto their 4th. The first 3 provided an excellent service. Carl who was the main mechanic at that time went on to become the 2nd Service manager while I was there and he was absolutely awesome. Troy then took over that role and again I received great service. Servicing costs are a bit on the expensive side but I think you find that with most dealerships. My last experience (2014) whilst under yet again a new service manager, left a sour taste in my mouth. I disposed of the vehicle as opposed to having it repaired but even if I had of retained the vehicle, I would not have continued to get it serviced there. :-)
