The East Gippsland Food Cluster operates on a “project” basis. We consider project concepts that are in line with our purpose, and progress these through rigorous feasibility studies and trials. Projects approved by the Board move through to implementation. Most of our projects involve strategic alliances with external parties.

We run networking events, as well as explore further connectivity and opportunity through other local, national and global networks.

We proactively engage in relevant forums to have a positive influence on policy and planning at local, state, and federal government levels, and as relevant to our sector and our region.
