Easy to find a car park and close to transport if you need it. It's similar to others in the chain of course and can usually find what I am looking for.

Go to place for most medications. Their late night closing time of 11pm has always come in handy, compared to other stores which close by 9 pm

Got there for prescription, registered with a number on a bipper, 2 more people were waiting, 6 pharmacist were working, after 10 minutes, 6 pharmacist only finished 2 prescription, and waiting queue had become 10 people. I had to ask how far was mine, a female pharmacist had a look at me and said "I will make yours now", and it only took her 2 minutes to put a sticker on the packet, I couldn't understand why 6 pharmacist were walking up and down looked like very busy, but so lack of efficiency. If they think to keep customer longer time there would result more purchase, they are totally wrong, I would never go there again

Long opening hours and knowledgeable staff make this a great go to chemist.

Great store and location.. most items stocked very well and always been treated very well by all staff I have encountered and I have been going there for a few years now too.. you do need to know when the best time to get a script done. Of course if you go when they are busy you will wait longer.. so to those of you who make a comment here of how slow they are, you should check their busy times first! Too many idiots make remarks without thinking or checking.. out of all Chemist Warehouse's I been to this one is actually great! And yes I go to heaps of them too... and no I am not paid to say this, I am being honest with my own opinion thank you

Bought 2 products that were buy 1 get 1 free. When I got home realised it didn't go through properly went back and was told 1 item was not in the promotion it was clearly in the catalogue. Went on website to contact head office and never heard back however it subscribed to emails. Extremely disappointing used to love shopping here
