Forever grateful for Nicole, she's literally the only reason I keep going back! Makes every session enjoyable and comfortable cannot praise her enough. This woman deserves a raise!

Today again, i was sent back home disappointed. After my pregnancy and delivery with C- Sec last month, i went to Australian laser n Skin clininc today at Thomastown.
i had shaved my legs and all posible areas yo my best ability. The staff there again didn't do the job on me saying there is a patch of hair at the back of my thigh. Now after delivery, i could do my best. But instead of cancelling my appointment on the day, she cancelled my sitting which i paid in bulk for my full legs. I had just two sittings left, and she booked me in for last sitting other than rescheduling my appointment for this sitting.
She without my permission clicked the pictures of the left out patch and yold me the that the management will decide on the current sitting. She was not ready to listen.
I have experienced a bad behaviour from them last year as well. Will advise everyone not to block their money with this centre. Try others. The staff is not friendly at all.
My appointment and sitting gor which i had paid $90 per sitting is notified to the management for cancelation by the staff.
Cant believe such a bad service and behaviour.

I get really horrible eczema during winter. I had an appointment for Laser hair removal with Nicole, and she noticed my eczema and recommended I book in for Low level light laser therapy, and was so informative, kind and understanding about it all so I bought three sessions, and saw an improvement so I bought three more and my eczema is GONE. The worst flare up I've ever had was not seeing improvements with steroids has disappeared now and I'm shocked. It was so horrible dry scaly flaky gross before and this just made it go away. She also recommended I purchase the skintitut moisturiser and repair balm as I had tried to use Nivea and pawpaw which wasn't helping and it is so amazing just to lock in moisture. Nicole was absolutely amazing and I absolutely recommend trying this if steroids aren't working for you / you'd like to avoid them.
Also almost forgot to say nicole also recommended glutathione(?) tablets which I'm taking which are also really helping. Go see Nicole at thomastown if you have eczema!

Just paid my first visit to skin clinic ever. The staff talked friendly and professionally. She had good knowledge about what she is about to do and willing to comfort the patient. So far so good.
