Description
Qëllimi i programit për zhvillim lokal dhe decentralizim (dldp) është përmirësimi i shërbimeve të qeverisjes vendore në nivel bashkiak,si të bëjë transparent, efektiv dhe të përshtatshëm përdorimin e burimeve publike dhe të rrisë pjesëmarrjen qytetare.
Dldp fuqizon kapacitetet e bashkive në mënyrë që të menaxhojnë funksionet e tyre me qëllim përmirësimin e shërbimeve ndaj komunitetit.
The aim of the decentralisation and local development programme (dldp) is to improve local government services at municipal level, to make the use of public resources transparent, effective and appropriate, and to increase civic participation.
DLDP strengthens the municipalities’ capacities to manage their functions in order to improve the services to citizens.
